MAIN AND SECONDARY BOOMSFabricated from light weight high strength steel. BOOM CYLINDERS Double acting with cast iron internal parts, chrome plated rods and wear rings. Main lift cylinder, 5-1/2 x 36" x 3". Secondary cylinder, 5" x 35-1/2" x 2-1/2". BOOM PIVOT PINS  2-1/2" diameter made from 100,000-psi yield chrome plated shafting. Aluminum bronze bushings at boom pivot points. SWING SYSTEM Hydraulic motor powered double planetary gear box driving external tooth turntable bearing. Two stage cross over relief valves for smooth starts and sops. 
STABILIZERSTelescoping a-frame type with approximate 9'-9" spread at grade level individually controlled from operator's seat for adjust on uneven terrain. Dual acting 3-1/2" x 44" x 2 cylinders. HYDRAULIC SYSTEM Tandem hydraulic circuits to allow simultaneous operation without power loss. Tandem gear type pump providing 30 & 30 gpm @1400 rpm. Stack type Gresen V-40 control valves located under seat for increased operator visibility and safety.  Continuous on turntable bearing. Telescoping booms available. 8500 lb. capacity Boom reach options to 28' Rugged High Quality construction and components. High visibility operator platform with out of the way valve arrangements. |
